What warranties do you offer on your furniture?

  • Frame – Lifetime of product
  • Springs – Lifetime of product
  • Fabric – One year
  • Sleeper Mechanism – Three years
  • Standard Sleeper Mattress – Three years

What is your cancellation and return policy?

We are a custom builder and all furniture is custom built for each customer. Therefore, all orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to verify your identity and to confirm your order. This is your only opportunity to cancel your order.

What should I do if my shipment is damaged?

Our products are very carefully quality control inspected before they leave to the shipping distribution center, then re-examined by our “White Glove Shipping” vendor. They have an impeccable delivery record, but very rarely damage may occur during transit. Every order is insured against damages, and if upon receipt of the shipment there is obvious damage, it is your sole responsibility to report any damages to the delivery crew before they leave your home. It is also a good idea to call or email us to report the damages. It is required that you keep the original package for inspection purposes or other circumstances. Please note we reserve the right to request digital images be taken of any items that are reported as damaged. Digital images are required by the shipping vendor in order to provide proof of the damage to the freight carrier. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated as digital images are critical to being able to promptly resolve damage issues. Our shipping vendor will do everything possible to resolve your situation as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 48 hours of processing time or more if necessary as we are working with the freight carrier.
